Payment

Payment is charged immediately upon placing an order through secure payment solutions.
We accept payment via Vipps, credit/debit card, and Klarna.

All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT (MVA), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland.

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours after placement.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

In rare cases, shipping may take 10–21 business days due to high order volume or logistical delays beyond our control. This may occur during peak periods or exceptional circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be unopened

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus a handling and processing fee of €7.50.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Items that are opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for items that are:

Unopened

Unused

Returned within 14 days of receipt

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with €7.50 deducted for handling and administration.

Complaints / Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide documentation (photo or video).

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement product at no additional cost.

The following are not considered defects and are not covered under complaint rights:

Improper use

Normal wear and tear

Minor cosmetic imperfections

Replacements & Exchanges

If you request a replacement for reasons other than defects or incorrect items, a replacement fee of €7.50 applies.

If you received the wrong product, we will send a replacement free of charge.
